Danielle Beeken

Co-Founder & Creative Director

With over 25 years of experience in interior design, completing projects in both the UK and France, Danielle has worked on luxury home renovations and substantial newbuild homes. She has developed an in-depth understanding of the true impact our living and working environments have on our wellbeing, creativity and positivity. Danielle brings this knowledge to all of the KINDLY projects with a focus on key elements; colours, material use, lighting and air quality. Having studied Holistic Interior Design and being an advocate for biophilic design, her aim is to connect the natural world with her clients’ homes to produce the loveliest environment for them to spend time in.

 About KINDLY Interior Design Studio

KINDLY is a holistic interior design practice in Wantage, Oxfordshire and projects range from complete home renovations to luxury new build homes. Working with prestigious architects, we specialise in designing spaces that are truly unique to each of our clients. The studio’s co-founders, Anya and Danielle, joined forces to provide what they found to be a significant gap in the market: sustainable interior design centred around health, well-being and happiness rather than just aesthetics.

At KINDLY we are dedicated to ensuring our business is as kind to the planet as possible. Through our processes and practices in the studio, how we approach your project, the suppliers we use and recommend and the overall impact of our industry.

Interior Design Process

Interior Design Inspiration

Design really matters to us, and we never know when inspiration will strike. Often it is when we least expect it! As interior designers, we have an interest in art, nature and in particular homes and architecture.

We love how good design can change the way people feel about their homes and workplaces.

Our other love is the natural world and this has led us down the path of holistic and biophilic design and the positive impact on our living and working environments.

We keep ahead of what’s new in interiors and visit all the major design shows in Milan, Paris and London, but always with a focus on what works in real homes.

Our Skills in Interior Design

With a history of interior design projects in the UK and abroad spanning the past 25 years, our designers can interpret a vision to create a reality for our clients.

Our own signature style leans towards the contemporary and always features elements from the natural world but we are focused on creating bespoke design solutions that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

We work with many specialist trades and artisans who make up an extensive team of resources for our full interior design service and we source products from a wide range of suppliers.

Seeking out unusual accessories and vintage finds is something we love to do to bring individuality to every project.
